Church planting requires a lot of work and effort to make an impact in communities. In an attempt to help further the work that I believe God called me to to do it has become evident that all the necessary components aren’t in place to successfully build a vibrant community of faith. There are several reasons that have contributed to this, primarily a lack of volunteers, and lack of monetary support.

Thus, ImageChurch.tv will not be launching. I know this may come as a surprise, but it’s necessary. Some would argue that you don’t need to have everything in place to get started with ministry. While this may be true for some, I firmly believe that everything we do must be done in excellence. Without specific essential components it’s not possible.

Melisia and I greatly appreciate your prayers and words of comfort. So what’s next? We are prayerfully weighing our options and seeking advice from trusted mentors concerning future steps. Whatever it is, we’re confident it will be for God’s glory and the benefit of our community.

Father, In Jesus’s name, we give thanks for the United States and its government. We hold up the word in prayer before You the men and women who are in positions of authority. We pray and intercede for the president, the representatives, the senators, the judges of our land, the policmen, as well as the governors and mayors, and for all those who are in authority over us in any way. We pray that the Spirit of the Lord rests upon them.

We believe that skillful and godly wisdom has entered into the heart of our president and knowledge is pleasant to him. Discretion watches over him; understanding keeps him and delivers him form the way of evil and from evil men.

Father, we ask that You compass the president about with men and women who make their hearts and ears attentive to godly counsel and do that which is right in Your sight. shall We believe You cause them to be men and women of integrity who are obedient concerning us that we may lead a quiet and peacable life in all godliness and honesty. We pray that the upright shall dwell in our government…

Your Word declares that blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord (Ps. 33:12) We receive Your blessing. Father, You are our refuge and stonghold in times of trouble. So we declare with our mouths That your people dwell safely in this land, and we prosper abundantly. We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus!

It is written in Your Word that the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord, and you turn it whichever way you desire. We believe the heart of our leader is in Your hand and that his decisions are divinely directed of the Lord.

We give thanks for this land and the leaders You have given to us, in Jesus’ name. Amen

Dear Heavenly Father, I humbly and boldly come to your throne of grace and into your divine presence; thanking You for the precious gift of your son, Jesus Christ, and for this special privilege and opportunity of prayer and worship. You alone are God. I reverence and bless Your holy and majestic Name, for You, God, are truly great and worthy to be praised.

I am asking, with a sincere heart, that You would bless my life with prosperity. I pray, confess and believe that propserity will follow and rest upon and within my life; as well as around every place that I enter, encounter, reside, visit, approach and depart from in the present and in the future.

Heavenly Father, I commit my heart and service to Your kingdom in proper giving, constant humility, and gratefulness as You increase my life. I fully understand that my increase comes from You, according to Isaiah 48:17b.

I decree and declare, according to Your Word in Job 36:11, that I will live my life in God-filled pleasures and prosperity. I will never be broke, or experience lack, another day in my life, because the windows of Heaven are open for me.

Heavenly Father, I declare prosperity and increase in every place my feet trod, and I thank you for the prosperity you have given me internally, and also to my family, my neighborhood, my workplace, and my place of worship.

Heavenly Father, according to Mark 11:22-24, I decree and receive prosperity, creativity and innovativeness, prosperity for my family and prosperity in every area of my life. I ask in faith and believe this prayer in the Name of your precious son, Jesus Christ. Amen.

We’re constantly thinking of ways to have an ongoing conversation about our journey of faith….my oh my- what a journey! Fortunately, we have the Holy Spirit to guide us. Additionally, there are stories all around the world being told about the journey. It’s our desire to always maintain the pulse of what God is doing to impact a generation whose sole desire is to REFLECT HIM.

Father, thank you for the opportunity to come before your throne on behalf of marriages. I ask that you bless every marriage abundantly. May marriages throughout the world grow into the image of what you envisioned marriage to be.

I come against any and every attack on marriages. I bind infidelity, lack of commitment, hatred, jealousy, debt, bitterness, sickness, and broken focus. I loose love, honesty, trust, focus, laughter, joy, and commitment. I ask that you revive and restore marriages that are on the brink of separation and/or divorce. Father, strenghten even the more, those that are in the path of abundance in their marriage.

It’s my prayer that marriages will honor the covenant of holy matrimony. Every man and woman, that has made vows to their spouse that for the length of life they will have prosperity in every aspect of their marriage.

Whatever they may face let them know that your Word declares according to Isaiah 54:17, “no weapon formed against them shall prosper.” And according 2 Corinthians 2:14 ‘your word declares that we always triumph.”

For every decision that needs to be made concerning housing, finances, children, and careers-grant them the answer and abundand peace according to your will. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Prayer For Peace

Definition (webster’s): a state of tranquillity or quiet

Key Scriptures:

Isaiah 26:3 You will guard him and keep him in perfect and constant peace whose mind [both its inclination and its character] is stayed on You, because he commits himself to You, leans on You, and hopes confidently in You.

Prayer For Protection

Definition of protect (Merriam-Webster): to cover or shield from exposure, injury, damage, or destruction : guard

Key Scriptures:

1. Angelic protection. Psalms 91:1 AMP HE WHO dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand].

2. Guard against unknown danger. Isaiah 54:17 AMP But no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall show to be in the wrong. This [peace, righteousness, security, triumph over opposition] is the heritage of the servants of the Lord [those in whom the ideal Servant of the Lord is reproduced]; this is the righteousness or the vindication which they obtain from Me [this is that which I impart to them as their justification], says the Lord.

3. Prayer is a guard against personal attacks. Psalm 27:1-5 AMP THE LORD is my Light and my Salvation–whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life–of whom shall I be afraid?2 When the wicked, even my enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.3 Though a host encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, [even then] in this will I be confident.4 One thing have I asked of the Lord, that will I seek, inquire for, and [insistently] require: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord [in His presence] all the days of my life, to behold and gaze upon the beauty [the sweet attractiveness and the delightful loveliness] of the Lord and to meditate, consider, and inquire in His temple. 5 For in the day of trouble He will hide me in His shelter; in the secret place of His tent will He hide me; He will set me high upon a rock.

Key questions:

1. What areas of your life do you feel threatned? (Not just physical, but spiritually.)

2. Have I talked to God about relieving me from these fears?

3. Have I taken the necessary practical steps to safeguard my family and I against verbal and physical attacks?

Point to ponder:

God is concerned about out our physical and spritual protection. We should pray daily that we are safeguarded against any attacks and take the necessary steps to be aware of them.
